Joshua Rupert is the Senior Administrator of the Michigan Center for Human Athletic Medicine and Performance (MCHAMP). Joshua is responsible for the design and execution of MCHAMP’s strategic business plan and vision. He leads all operational and programmatic initiatives intended to bring the University of Michigan’s sports medicine community under one umbrella program and cultivate relationships to benefit athletes across the lifespan.
Joshua graduated from Tulane University with a master’s degree in business administration and earned a bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Joshua served a Medical Technologist for the Department of Veterans Affairs, and was a Clinical Operations Manager Consultant with Ernst & Young, LLP. Most recently, Joshua served as the Senior Manager Lead for the University of Michigan Medical Group prior to joining the MCHAMP team as the Senior Administrator in February 2020. He brings over a decade of experience directing business development and performance improvement initiatives at academic medical centers across the United States.
